"To the Ends of the Earth: Interview with a Zombie" (1997) This episode of the series effectively highlights the voodoo beliefs in Haiti, which closely resemble the witchcraft practiced throughout Africa. The inspiration for the film arises from a 1989 case in Haiti, where Wilfrid Doricent was alleged to have been murdered and zombified. The fear of zombification is rooted in necromancy associated with witchcraft practices from Nigeria to South Africa as part of rituals and curses. Ron Orders interviews local Christians who educate against witchcraft as well as witchdoctors.
